By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on WhoIsMe (the "Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Creator", or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

To claim a unique handle and publish a profile, you must register using a valid email address and a secure password. You represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You will provide accurate, current, and verifiable registration details.
• You will not use disposable, burner, or fraudulent email addresses to bypass platform protections.
• You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions that occur under your account.

3. User Content & Third-Party External Links

You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights in the text, logos, project cards, and media you upload to WhoIsMe. However, by uploading content, you grant WhoIsMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your profile content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Username Allocation & Reassignment

Usernames are provided on a discretionary basis and are not your personal property. WhoIsMe reserves the unilateral right to reclaim, suspend, or reassign usernames that infringe upon registered trademarks, violate impersonation policies, or remain dormant for extended periods of inactivity.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete any profile, handle, or user account without prior notice or refund if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the community or platform infrastructure.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Account Settings page.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHOISME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UPTIME, SPEED, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS, BUGS, OR MALICIOUS ATTACKS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WHOISME, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; (II) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, LINKS, OR WEBSITES ACCESSED THROUGH USER PROFILES; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR (IV) LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

We may modify or revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
